Project Overview
This case study explores the design of a multivendor eCommerce website built to connect multiple sellers with customers through a single, seamless marketplace experience. The objective was to create a scalable, user-friendly platform that simplifies product discovery, vendor management, and secure transactions while maintaining high performance and trust.
The platform was designed with a user-centered approach, focusing on intuitive navigation, advanced search and filtering, clear product and vendor information, and a smooth checkout flow. Special attention was given to balancing the needs of both customers and vendors—ensuring easy store management for sellers and a frictionless shopping experience for buyers.
The final solution delivers a responsive, conversion-optimized multivendor marketplace that supports vendor onboarding, product management, order tracking, and secure payments, making it suitable for rapid growth and long-term scalability.
